Move over, Ku De Ta, because the rooftop bar at the brand new Anantara Seminyak Bali resort is here to stay. Sunset on Six is sprinkled with languorous day beds and oversized cushions for guests to chill out and take in the famous Balinese sunsets. Overlooking the wide expanses of beach below, Sunset on Six serves New World and Asian fare, including tapas, sushi, and a satay bar. The open-display kitchen and rooftop wine cellar will form the central point for cooking classes and wine tastings. In the evenings, the ambience is turned up a notch as local and international DJs (like the house DJ from swanky Hôtel Costes in Paris) entertain guests. The bar’s signature drink is nicknamed the “Raspberryosca” – officially a Capriosca with hints of raspberry, a delectable concoction of vodka, muddled mint and brown sugar, fresh raspberries, and lime.
