La Terrasse at Pur’Grill, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme
Scene: Teak-wood tables on an open-air terrace surrounded by ancient olive trees. Taste: Cuisine by Michelin Star Chef, Jean-François Rouquette, with courses such as the Crispy Veal Sweetbread Greaves with baby carrots, lemon cream, almonds, and rosemary. Taste: A Lump Crabmeat Omelette for brunch, or, special for spring, Rabbit Terrine with turnips, carrots, warm rabbit jus. Sip: One of five Bloody Mary options.
The Roof Lounge, Park Hyatt Toronto
