Switzerland is breaking its neutral stance this fall as the chocolateirs of Felchlin Switzerland will invade Pistache, Park Hyatt Dubai’s chic pastry boutique.

Beginning September 20 – 24, the chocolateirs will be led by internationally acclaimed pâtissier Anil Rohira to showcase the art of making confectionary chocolate. Working with Park Hyatt Dubai’s pastry team, the event will highlight the extravagance of Switzerland’s culinary heritage.

The celebration will be present a wide range of chocolate flavors, textures and concoctions to showcase what you can create with chocolate.

Anil will also hold a “Chocolate Workshop” on September 21 for guests to learn his personal recipes for brownies, chocolate mousse and small confections. So while you might not be able to craft a flower from bitter-sweet chocolate, you can learn how to make some of Anil’s work in your own kitchen.

Felchlin will also hold a Kids’ Chocolate Master Class, a cooking class tailored for children on September 22. We don’t think it will be hard to convince many to attend.

The week of chocolate ends with a special Friday Brunch at the Park which will feature a collection of chocolate desserts from the week.
