Grand Hyatt Tokyo always listens to their guests, so when they heard complaints that the city offered “no night spots for adults” – the hotel sprung into action creating a popular semiannual tradition.
This year’s party will pay homage to the classics… the 1970’s classics that is. Club Chic 2010 Summer will be a night of dancing featuring the crowd-pleasing tunes of the Commodores, Gloria Gaynor and the Village People to name-drop a few.
On August 27th the ‘funky music’ will be playing in the Grand Ballroom beginning at 8 p.m. and running non-stop until midnight.
General tickets are ¥11,000 and VIP tickets are ¥21,000. Both include a free drink. And when traveling back to the 1970’s guests are asked to leave their jeans and sneakers behind.
