An oasis of calm, The Peninsula Spa by ESPA at The Peninsula Hong Kong offers a renewal of the mind, body, and spirit. Designed by Henry Leung, the spa fuses traditional Chinese elements with contemporary flair and features marble, aged wood, and textured granite. The Thermal Suite comprises separate male and female Crystal Steam Rooms, aromatherapy “Experience” Showers, ice fountains, and harbor-view saunas. There are 14 state-of-the-art treatment rooms, including two private spa suites, as well as six rooms with floor-to-ceiling harbor views, a tea lounge, and two harbor-view relaxation rooms.
ESPA at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong
The expansive Ritz-Carlton Spa by ESPA, Hong Kong opened in March 2011. This 9,247-square-foot spa is the world’s highest spa, located on the 116th floor of the newly-opened Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. The spa has floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the city and Victoria Harbor from many of the nine treatment rooms, the two couples’ suites, and the eight relaxation lounges, as well as from the indoor swimming pool with LED screen ceiling and outdoor whirlpool. This spa is truly a haven in the sky and provides guests with a tranquil escape from the busy streets below.
